Bio Repositories Catalogue

Welcome to the Bio Repositories Catalogue, your gateway to a consolidated database of local and overseas specimen and imaging data tailored for cardiovascular, oncology research and others. We strive to provide a user-friendly search engine for you to access the array of datasets we have of local and overseas specimens and images.

The catalogue is maintained by our partners, STCC and CADENCE, and updated each time a bio material is approved for use. The teams will take up to 10 working days to respond to the initial requests received. The database will be refreshed with the latest catalogue updates or changes every half yearly. Do note that all sample requests are subjected to respective institutional review and approval, as well as charges when applicable.
